Admission Process

Simple and transparent steps to secure your admission at Raj Kamal Public School.

1. Online Registration

Fill out the online application form with the required details and upload necessary documents.

2. Document Verification

Our admission office will review your application and verify the provided documents.

3. Interaction Session

A friendly interaction session between the student, parents, and the school faculty.

4. Final Admission

Upon selection, complete the fee payment and secure the admission for the academic year.

  • 1.

    Admissions are granted purely on merit regardless of class, creed or community.

  • 2.

    Entrance Test/Interview:

    • a.An informal interaction for play group and pre-classes. Written test seeking admission to Class I and above.
    • b.At the time of admission both the parents should be present.
    • c.Result will be uploaded on school notice board and school website.
  • 3.

    For admission to Play Group & Prep I, the child should not be less than 3 & 4 years in sequence and not more than 4 & 1/2 years of age as on 1 st April. The required age of other classes to be calculated accordingly.

  • 4.

    After the admission of a student is declared final, the parents/guardians are required to fulfill all the admission formalities within three days, failing which the seat will be treated as vacant, may be filled by next candidate from the list.

  • 5.

    Parents are required to submit original birth certificate of their ward issued by Municipality / Local bodies for taking admission in Prep to Class I.

  • 6.

    The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.

Pre-Primary Classes

English, Hindi, Maths, Environmental studies, Moral Science, General Knowledge, Art&Craft, Music & Dance. At Pre-Primary Classes Fun based teaching strategies are used like:

★ Class I to X

English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Social Studies, Moral Science, General Knowledge, Computer, Physical and Health Education and General Science.

★ Class XI to XII

School offers three streams after Class 10th which the student can select.

1. Science Stream

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM)
Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)

2. Commerce

Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies.

3. Humanities

History, Economics, Political Science

English is a compulsory subject. Physical Education and Computer Science are optional subject.

Pre-Primary

There is no formal evaluation procedure followed in these growing years. There are various observational techniques and assessment tools which are adopted based on sound growth & development expectation at each age. These assessment are planned through out the year and progress report of the student is presented to the parents bi-annually. These assessments are-

  • Record of growth in areas like cognitive, physical/motor, language, social and emotional.
  • Identify Children who may need additional support.
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses, goals and needs of the Children.
  • Define the eligibility for promotion to the next class based on performance of the child.

For Classes I to XII

  • The school academic session extends from April to March. Entire session is divided into two Terms- Half yearly examination and Final examination.
  • Unit Test are also conducted through out the academic session to help in Continuous Evaluation of the performance of students.
  • The School gives due weightage to percentage of attendance, home work and class work, class participation, practical work and general behavior of student.
  • Efforts are made to evaluate the child in all the three domains of his/her behavior : Cognitive, Effective and Psychological.
  • For reasons such as unsatisfactory progress in studies, failing in two or more than two subjects, insufficient attendance (less than 75%), indiscipline or serious misconduct etc., a student may be debarred from promotion.
  • If a child is absent and misses an exam/test due to sickness, sick leave application must be submitted by the parents to the school for the date/dates of absence from school. This should be followed up with a medical certificate from a medical practitioner certificate of not less the MD level within 2 days.
  • If a student is found to be using or suspected to be using unfair means in any form, he or she will not be awarded any marks in that paper, repeated instances will result in expulsion from school.
  • No student shall be allowed to appear in the final examination unless all dues have been paid.

  • Student should arrive in the school only 10 min. before morning bell rings.
  • School starts with morning assembly. All the students are required to attend assembly for prayers.

Attendance & Leaves

It is compulsory for the students to have 75% attendance in a year to make them eligible to appear in the final examination. Leave on account of illness etc is also considered for this purpose and no relaxation is made in such case.

Leave Policies
  • Leaves are granted on the prescribed form submitted by Parents/guardians on next working day with genuine reason.
  • Medical Certificate should be submitted, in case of taking more than four days sick leave.
  • Continous absence from school for seven days will lead to cancellation of name Re-admission in such case will be discretionary.
  • No request for short leave of students should be made during school hours.

In case of emergency, permission of Principal/Vice principal should be taken.

Right to Modification

Management reserve the right to modify alter or may include any other terms & condition that may be deemed fit in the rest of the Institution.

Discipline & Behavior

  • During school hours students should move in silence and in order.
  • Irregular attendance, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers or their peers or any other irresponsible behavior may entail dismissal of student from school.
  • Firing crackers or splashing colors in school premises and in school bus is strictly prohibited.
  • Care must be taken of all school property and no student should be involved in spoiling or destroying school furniture, walls, electric boards etc. Any damage done will be made good by the concerned student(s) together with a fine imposed on him/her for such offence.
  • Defaulter cards are given by teachers for minor breach of discipline. A student who gets two pink cards must leave the school.
  • Student should behave in a gentlemanly manner wherever, they go. They should remember that school is judged by their conduct.
  • Student should never cheat or be unfair at work or at play.
  • Student are not allowed to use the school telephone without permission. He/She may not be called to answer phone during class hours.
  • Student should be careful to keep their classrooms and school premises clean and tidy.
  • Student is not allowed to wear expensive jewellery, smart watches and carry expensive items like calculators, mobile phones, cameras etc., the school will not be responsible for loss of any such articles. Once confiscated will not be returned till the end of the session.

Medical & Health Guidelines

  • Parents/Guardians of students with special needs or suffering from a particular medical condition should inform the school.
  • Students suffering from any infectious disease must complete the quarantine period before joining the school.
  • The school has well equipped dispensary to deal with medical emergency.
  • The school provides facilities of First-Aid only Regular medical examinations are arranged by the school and health checkup, records is maintained and sent to parents.

Visiting Hours with Principal

Meeting with Principal/Vice Principal/Director is arranged by appointment only. Timing for meeting are generally from 9:00am to 11:00 am but it is advised to fix up appointment before visiting.

Bus Rules

  • Request for using Bus of the session or at the time of admission.
  • Bus routes are fixed and no change will be entertained.
  • Student will be picked up from certain specified point and it is the sole responsibility of the parent to ensure the pupil to pick and from the fixed bus stops.
  • Emergency contact number on the back of the buses are printed for cautionary measures.
  • Any suggestion or complaints should be reported to Transport Incharge.
  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaing discipline, regularity, refinement of habits and diligence in studies.
  • Parents must ensure that their ward takes active interest in school activities.
  • Parents are required to sign their wards diary and Academic Report card and return it.
  • Private Tution is not encouraged. Parents must not encourage teachers of the school as private tutors of the wards. In case student is found to take tutions from school staff; strict disciplinary action will be taken against student and teacher concerned.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that the Birthday Celebration of their child is confined to their classmates only. Child upto VIII are allowed to wear smart casuals on their Birthday.
  • Parents/Guardians are not permitted to visit the classes or meet the teachers during school hours without permission of Principal/Vice Principal.
  • The Principal/Vice Principal has the full authority to issue Transfer Certificate to a student who is found violating school rules and also if parents indulge in activities detrimental to the smooth running of the school.
  • Parents should ensure that they send their ward to school in proper school uniform, polished shoes.
  • Parents should regularly attend Parent-Teacher meeting.
  • Parents should ensure their ward bring notebooks and books as per time table, any note given by the teacher should be acknowledged with their signature.

Apart from admission fee, exam fee, tution fee etc. Rs. 400 (I card, Fee Slip, Software , Message, Attendance) will be charged from each child.

NOTICE:-

  • 1-

    All the students who are studying in class 9th & 11th in session 2026-27 their school fee will now to pay additional C.B.S.E. Registration fee.

  • 2-

    Students who are studying in the class 10th & 12th in session 2026-27 their school fees will be changed additional C.B.S.E. Board fee.

  • 3-

    At the time of admission, fee for three months, i.e. April, May, June must be deposited.

  • 4-

    Transport charges will be deposited for eleven months.

  • 5-

    Transport facility will not be available in the mid-session. If any student wants to withdraw the transport in mid-session, will be charged for 11 Months.

  • 6-

    Deduction in the fees will be given to those students who wish to pay the whole amount of fees for the session in a single instalment, Details are as follows: (i) 1st April to till 30th April :- 1 Month fee (only for those who want to pay the fee in one time)

  • 7-

    Late payment will be 50/- month depositing fee late.

  • 8-

    Vehicle facility will be closed by not depositing transport fee at the end of the month.

  • 9-

    For Students who come to School with their vehicle, vehicle parking Fees will be Rs. 150/- per month for bicycles and Rs. 250/ per month for Scooters for 11 months.

  • 10-

    If any parent does not deposit the school fee of his/her children after getting the One Time school fee account prepared and deposite the school fees in Two or Three installments then he/she will be changed the school fee of the child in monthly basis.

  • 11-

    If any parent does not deposit the Bus fee of his/her children after depositing the school fee by 30th of month date, then in that case he will have to pay the Bus fees of his/her children do along with after of Rs.100 per month.
